| Summary: | Gegenstand dieser Studie ist die Rekonstruktion der ersten Jahre der Geschichte der Caracciolanen, ausgehend von der kritischen Ausgabe der ältesten sie betreffenden päpstlichen Breven, die im Archivio di Stato di Roma in der unveröffentlichen Serie "Chierlei Regolari Minori di San Lorenzo in Lucina” der “Collezione pergamene" aufbewahrt werden. Diese ermöglichen es, gewisse institutionelle Aspekte zu analysieren, wie den Zeigpunkt der Gründung, die verschiedenen Konfirmationen des Ordens und seine Ausbreitung außerhalb Italiens, als auch die häufigsten Fragen, wie die Aufnahme von Novizen und Oblaten, und was sonst noch auf die Kirche San Lorenzo in Lucina in Rom Bezug hat. Damit erhoffen wir, eine so vollständig wie mögliche Studie zu einer der wichtigsten religiösen Kongregationen der post-tridentinischen Epoche zu bieten. Cette étude a pour but de reconstituer les premières années de l’histoire des Caracciolini à partir de l’édition critique des plus anciens brefs pontificaux les concernant, qui datent de 1578 à 1627 et sont conservés à l’Archivio di Stato di Roma dans la série inédite « Chierici Regolari Minori di San Lorenzo in Lucina » de la « Collezione pergamene ». À partir de là, il est possible d’analyser certains aspects proprement institutionnels, comme le moment de la fondation, les différentes confirmations de l’Ordre et son expansion hors d’Italie, ainsi que des questions plus récurrentes, comme l’accueil des novices ou des oblats, ou encore ce qui concerne l’église San Lorenzo in Lucina à Rome. Par là, on espère offrir une enquête la plus complète possible sur une des plus importantes congrégations religieuses de l’époque post-tridentine. The goal of this study is to reconstruct the first years of the history of the Caracciolini on the basis of a critical edition of the earliest pontifical briefs dealing with them, which date from 1578 to 1627 and are preserved in the Archives of the State of Rome (Archivio di Stato di Roma) in the unpublished series “Chierici Regolari Minori di San Lorenzo in Lucina” (Clerics Regular Minor) of the “Collezione pergamene”. On that basis, we are able to analyse certain properly institutional aspects, like the moment of their foundation, the various confirmations of the Order and its expansion outside of Italy, as well as more recurrent questions, like the reception accorded to novices or oblates or, further, involving the Church of Saint Lawrence at Lucina in Rome. Through this we hope to offer the most complete investigation possible on one of the most important religious congregations of the Post-tridentine period. |
