Un ruolo essenziale nella trasformazione cristiana di doxa sarebbe stato giocato da Luca, il quale traduce hosanna con il termine in esame. L’entrata a Gerusalemme, con le acclamazioni riportate in Lc 19,38, si ricollegherebbe, così, al canto degli angeli in Lc 2,14. The article explains the semantic shift of the word doxa moving from classical Greek to the Christian language. The meaning changed from the area of opinion and the object of an expectation to glory. This novelty is connected to the influence of the content of the Semitic word kabod. A fundamental role in the Christian transformation of doxa was played by Luke, who translated hosanna with this term. So the chanting of the angles in Lk 2:14 could be linked to the acclaiming in Lk 19:38, when Jesus entered Jerusalem. | ||
