Questa nuova versione approfondisce alcuni elementi della preparazione dei seminaristi, e ne aggiorna altri per adattarli alle necessità della società attuale. Concretamente, viene dedicato maggior spazio alla dimensione umana della formazione che, in sintonia con il magistero precedente, è considerata il fondamento della formazione sacerdotale. In questo articolo si studiano le diversi componenti della formazione umana presentate nella Ratio, e si offrono dei suggerimenti per facilitare l’elaborazione dei piani formativi e una effettiva messa in atto delle indicazioni che si trovano nel documento.In December 2016, the Congregation for the Clergy published the third edition of the Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis Sacerdotalis, the document that regulates the formation of candidates for the priesthood. This new version develops certain elements of the preparation of seminarians, and updates other elements so that they are more consistent with the needs of the present society. Among them, more space is dedicated to the human dimension of formation, which, following previous magisterium, is considered the foundation of priestly formation. This article discusses the various components of human formation presented in the Ratio, and offers some advice on how to develop plans of formation that put the document’s indications into effect. | ||
