Description
Summary:The authors argue that missionaries and ministers do not simply apply theology, they do theology in a third way. Missional theology draws on and complements systematic and biblical theology. Systematic theology uses the methods of philosophy to study the ultimate structure of reality. Biblical theology uses the methods of history to study the cosmic story. Missional theology uses the methods of American law, which examines specific human situations in the light of constitutional, statutory, and precedent case law.
