New misson agencies are forming all over the globe in increasing numbers, and they are picking their patterns without a great deal of historical reflection. This article does not evaluate the Brotherhood from the standpoint of its mission strategy, but in terms of its human resource development and maintenance—as a mutually accountable, self-governing fellowship that may be the most important single dimension of a mission outreach. |
