Prior to the council, the congregation accepted the Euro-centric superiority view of the church with unfortunate consequences for all concerned. Today the congregation has absorbed at least in theory the new changes. Internalization of the new mission emphases is slower. The case study illustrates inter alia the importance of leadership being fully aware of theological and anthropological insights for the development of a mission policy. | ||
