AB Ausgehend vom Grundtext des Synodalforums 1 stellt der Beitrag konkrete und bereits auf der Basis des geltenden Rechts realisierbare Modelle für die Teilung der potestas regiminis exsecutiva auf diözesaner Ebene vor: die delegatio realis eines kurialen Amtsträgers, die Konturierung der Zuständigkeiten des Diözesanökonomen als Gegenüber zum Generalvikar, die umfassende Delegation von Laien zur Ausübung sakramentenrechtlicher Befugnisse und die freiwillige Selbstbindung des diözesanen Gesetzgebers und höchsten Verwalters des Bistums.
AB Based on the „Grundtext“ of the Synodal Forum 1, the article presents concrete models for the division of the potestas regiminis exsecutiva on diocesan level, which are already feasible on the basis of current law: The delegatio realis of a curial official, the contouring of the competences of the diocesan finance officer as a counterpart to the vicar general, the comprehensive delegation of laypersons to exercise jurisdictional powers in the area of sacramental law, and the voluntary self-binding of the diocesan legislator and highest administrator of the diocese.
