The chaplains, or ministers, in the two hospitals included men and women, Catholic and Protestant. The styles and the messages of the chaplains varied; so also did the patient's ability to respond to them. We hope that by presenting two real-life experiences of ministry, we can help those in ministry to better understand the patients' needs and strengthen their own ministries. | ||
