La causa di questo, solitamente, è l'errata opinione che ogni matrimonio non sacramentale è un matrimonio invalido, per cui il nubendo che ha alle spalle un precedente matrimonio viene ritenuto libero; ora se questo in alcuni casi può essere vero, in altri casi non lo è affatto. Sono pertanto presentate le diverse fattispecie nelle quali si può correre il rischio di ritenere il nubendo libero dall'impedimento di vincolo, perché si ritiene con facilità che il suo precedente matrimonio non sia valido, mentre in realtà lo è. | ||
