| Summary: | Con fecha del 16 de julio de 2020, la Congregación para la Doctrina de la Fe publicó un Vademécum que tiene por objeto facilitar a todos los Ordinarios que tengan unas normas claras, con la finalidad de que se pueda llevar con homogeneidad los procesos de abusos de menores. El texto no tiene carácter normativo y a su vez informa de la praxis de la Congregación. Sin embargo, al estudiarlo pormenorizadamente, se comprueba que sigue habiendo aspectos oscuros o que conviene desarrollar más a fondo. En este comentario se señalan algunos y se hace alguna propuesta. On 16 July 2020, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith published a Vademecum that is intended to provide all Ordinaries with a clear set of norms to ensure that processes relating to the abuse of minors be carried out in a consistent way. The text is not normative as such; it also provides information about praxis at the Congregation. However, a detailed study of the text reveals that some aspects remain somewhat obscure or require further development. This commentary points out some of these issues and makes some proposals. |
