È fatto inevitabile che riguarda i bisogni umani fondamentali e nel medesimo tempo occasione di crescita per l'individuo e la relazione. Le culture non sono fin qui riuscite ad elaborare un contesto adeguato per la un'utile gestione del conflitto, il cui potenziale, da un lato distruttivo e, dall'altro, di crescita richiede oggi maggiore attenzione e cura. I tentativi proposti dai legislatori occidenti di introdurre per legge nuovi metodi di soluzione delle dispute, fondati su un approccio cooperativo e di cura della relazione, non hanno ancora sortito risultati apprezzabili. Conflict is a subjective experience whose basis lies in the human bond. Although conflict is an unavoidable part of human needs, it is an important opportunity for personal growth and relationship implementation. Cultures have not yet managed to create a favourable enviroment for supporting effective conflict management. Nowadays, conflict demands more special care because on one side it is potentially destructive and on the other it could be useful for human growth. The outcome of a conflict depends on the management quality. Nevertheless, legislators' efforts to promote conflict resolution processes based on compromise and preservation of the existing relationship have not yet brought the result we had hoped for. |
