The second part of the article analyses, according to the type of norms, the validity of Orthodox marriages as judged by Catholic ecclesiastical tribunals, in case an Orthodox party decides to remarry a Catholic, since the Orthodox is bound by a prior matrimonial bond and since the Catholic Church does not recognize Orthodox judgments on marriage "annulment." | ||
