| Résumé: | The works of the revision of the Code, though having brought a simplification of norms concerning irregularities and impediments for the reception and exercise of Hory Orders, have maintained this juridical institute; ist significance can be perceived within the wider perspective of the discernment and the awareness requested for the exercise of ordained ministry. Moreover, the candidate to Hory Orders (and, then, the ordained minister) can find himself living situations such that, even though they. May not formally cause him to incur in an irregularity, they might still characterize his lifestyle, requesting thus discernment in view of his Admission, and could put in doubt his suitability for it. Same of these situations have been presented in the light of Dicasterial interventions without, however, coming to the formal conclusion of new impediments or irregularities, but yet still requesting an attentive evaluation. |
