Описание
Итог:"A couple in my parish wishes to marry in the Church. The gentleman received an annulment of his first marriage. The presiding judge attached a monitum to the declaration of nullity. The conditions in the monitum have been fulfilled over a period of many years and a report was sent to the tribunal as required. Because this is not a vetitum, I understood that, as pastor, I can determine whether the concerns raised by the judge have been properly addressed as part of the marriage preparation. However, the new judicial vicar of the diocese has recently added further requirements, indicating that the parties are not ready for marriage in the Church because the man might lapse into his old, destructive behavior. We are at an impasse. May I witness the marriage of this couple?"
