Die Klägerin reichte im März 1984 bei dem zuständigen Gericht in Dublin eine Ehenichtigkeitsklage aus zwei Gründen ein: 1. Der Beklagte schloss das Recht auf Kinder aus und 2. er schloss die Unauflöslichkeit der Ehe aus.
