AB Der Autor versucht einerseits den tragenden Gedanken der caritativen Diakonie herauszuarbeiten, wie ihn das II. Vaticanum bereits als "eigene Pflicht" und "unveräußerliches Recht" der Kirche beansprucht hat und wie er im Gesetzbuch als Vollzug des Heiligungsdienstes der Kirche selbst gesehen wird. Andererseits geht er aber auch auf die Caritas als konkrete Zweckbestimmung einer Vielzahl kirchlicher Institutionen ein
