AB In ihrem Beitrag zum Religiosenrecht des CIC/1983 beschreibt die Verfasserin in den ersten drei Kapiteln die historische Entwicklung des kanonischen Rechts als auch seine Bedeutung und Funktion. Die folgenden Kapitel sind dann den Wesensmerkmalen des Lebens der Religiosen, den "alten" und "neuen" Aspekten des CIC in Bezug auf die Religiosen sowie praktischen Bestimmungen, der Klausur und logischen Fehlschlüssen gewidmet. Im Anhang finden sich eine Chronologie der Revisionsarbeiten zum CIC/1983, die Leitprinzipien für die Codexreform, Informationen über die vorläufige Gesetzgebung und entsprechende Übergangsdokumente sowie die entsprechenden cann. 573-709 CIC/1983
