Ces points méritent d’être développés, car ils mettent en lumière la double identité du mouvement traditionaliste et le chemin parcouru durant trois décennies pour favoriser son intégration ecclésiale. Tandis que le processus de réconciliation demeure inabouti, le pape esquisse une nouvelle voie pour promouvoir l’unité. | ||

According to the pope, four reasons justify this decision: the change of circumstances, the stability of the institutes attached to the old missal, the essentially doctrinal character of the questions treated by the Commission, the need to consider more the doctrinal issues of the dialogue. These points deserve to be developed because they highlight the dual identity of the traditionalist movement and the road traveled over three decades to promote its ecclesial integration. While the process of reconciliation remains unfinished, the pope sketches out a new way to promote unity. | ||
