Vieles erweist sich als Strategie der Zusammenlegung von Pfarreien und als Versuch, Kirche zu organisieren mit weniger Priestern. Obgleich es zum Teil intensive Beteiligungsprozesse der kirchlichen Basis gab, ist die Akzeptanz dieser Maßnahmen begrenzt. Mit organisationsberaterischer und systemtheoretischer Sicht gibt der Beitrag neue Einsichten in die Problematik und deckt die theologischen Implikationen auf. Es kommt darauf an, die Polaritäten dieser Entwicklung in den Blick zu bekommen und in einer veränderten Haltung zur gemeinsamen Selbstorganisation der Kirche beizutragen. Wer Kirche als Volk Gottes begreift, wird erkennen, dass alle Führungsmaßnahmen als Prozesse mit den Charismen aller gemeistert werden müssen. Strukturarbeit, Personalarbeit und Programmarbeit werden erst fruchtbar in Prozessen kollektiver Führung. | ||
| 520 | |a For some years now the dioceses of Germany have been working on "structural reforms". Much of this is proving to be a strategy of merging parishes and attempting to organise the church with fewer priests. Although there were processes of intensive participation at times for the church base, the acceptance of these measures has been limited. From the perspective of organisational consultation and systems theory, this article gives new insights into the problem and sets out the theological implications. It is important to look at the polarities of this development and to contribute to the common self-organisation of the church with a fresh attitude. Anyone who understands the church as God’s people will recognise that all leadership measures must be adopted as processes that include everyone’s charisms. Structural work, personnel work and programme work become fruitful only in processes of collective leadership. | ||
| 520 | |a Depuis quelques années, maintenant, les diocèses d’Allemagne travaillent à des «réformes structurelles». Il s’agit en grande partie, d’une stratégie de fusion de paroisses et d’une tentative d’organiser l’Église avec moins de prêtres. Bien qu’il y ait eu, parfois, des processus d’une participation active pour la base de l’Église, l’adoption de ces mesures a été limitée. Dans la perspective d’une consultation organisationnelle et d’une théorie des systèmes, cet article donne un nouvel éclairage sur la question et en présente les implications théologiques. Il est important d’examiner les polarités de cette évolution et de contribuer, par une attitude nouvelle, à l’auto-organisation commune de l’Église. Quiconque comprend l’Église comme le peuple de Dieu reconnaîtra que toutes les mesures de leadership doivent être adoptées comme des processus qui incluent les charisme de chacun. Le travail sur les structures, sur le personnel et sur le programme ne devient fructueux que dans des processus de leadership collectif. | ||
