Die New Philology macht die Personen und Kontexte hinter den Manuskripten sichtbar und ist an der Rezeption und den Lesenden interessiert. Sie nimmt Textproduktion und Texttransmission als sich gegenseitig beeinflussende Phänomene wahr. Anwendungsbereiche dieser Methoden sind die Textkritik, die Literarkritik, die Redaktionsgeschichte sowie Metatexte. Schliesslich wird auf die Analyse der im Material angelegten Rezeptionsvorgänge eingegangen und mögliche Anwendungsbereiche für den bibelwissenschaftlichen Unterricht aufgezeigt. | ||
