After a brief introduction, I explain my meth-odology, which adheres to the classic schema of Lectio, Meditatio, Oratio, Con-templatio, Actio. The text opens itself to us and reveals who God is, and that his purpose is to glorify us and make us equal to Him in love. In order for this to be accomplished, it is necessary first to learn how to establish relationships, and to dwell in our own flesh.
