| Summary: | L’intento dell’articolo, a dieci anni dalla promulgazione della Cost. ap. Anglicanorum coetibus, è quello di offrire, su incarico della Congregazione per la Dottrina della Fede, gli strumenti necessari per interpretarla correttamente, riguardo alla natura degli Ordinariati per accogliere fedeli provenienti dall’Anglicanesimo, ai membri che ne possono far parte, alla natura della potestà dell’Ordinario e alle ripercussioni nell’ambito ecumenico. L’autore raggiunge lo scopo per due vie: a) ricostruendo l’iter d’elaborazione della Costituzione, attraverso gli atti messigli a disposizione dalla Congregazione, risalendo alle prime richieste a questa pervenute da parte di gruppi appartenenti all’Anglicanesimo; b) confutando interpretazioni date da vari autori, che risultano non corrette alla luce degli atti, che rivelano la mente del Legislatore, Benedetto XVI, che con continuità seguì i lavori della Commissione mista (di cattolici e anglicani), incaricata dell’esame delle problematiche emergenti e dell’elaborazione della Costituzione apostolica. The intent of the article, ten years after the promulgation of the Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum coetibus, is to offer, on behalf of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, the necessary tools to interpret it correctly, in particular, regarding the Ordinariates’ role of welcoming faithful from Anglicanism, the members that can be part of it, the nature of the power of the Ordinary, and repercussions in the ecumenical sphere. The author sets about this task in two ways: a) by reconstructing the process of drafting the Constitution, through the acts made available to him by the Congregation, going back to the first requests coming from groups belonging to the Anglican com- munion; b) by refuting interpretations given by various authors, which appear incorrect in the light of the same acts, which re- veal the mind of the Legislator, Benedict XVI, who followed continously the work of the Joint Commission (comprised of both Catholics and Anglicans) which was in charge of examin- ing emerging issues and elaborating the Apostolic Constitution. |
