AB Des théologiens tels Moingt, Kehl, Küng, Rahner ou Schillebeeckx, se sont intéressés à plusieurs reprises au ministère ordonné, offrant des contributions qui peuvent stimuler, encore aujourd’hui, une réflexion sur le ministère épiscopal et presbytéral en perspective. En les relisant de manière critique et sur la base de cet intérêt, cet essai propose de revisiter le concept de présidence, la réforme des paroisses et des nouveaux styles de communauté, une redéfinition plus précise des tâches du diaconat, une avancée théologique sur l’épiscopat et le presbytérat, des éléments de réflexion concernant le processus de formation des presbytres et le débat autour de la question des viri probati et de l’accès des femmes au ministère.
AB Theologians such as Moingt, Kehl, Küng, Rahner or Schillebeeckx repeatedly took an interest in ordained ministry, providing contributions that can, even today, stimulate thinking on episcopal and presbyteral ministry in perspective. Rereading them in a critical way based on this interest, the present essay proposes to reexamine the concept of presidence of the Christian liturgy, parish reform and new styles of community, a more precise definition of the tasks of the diaconate, a theological advance on the episcopate and the presbyterate, elements contributing to thinking about the process of forming presbyteries and the debate about the question of the viri probati, as well as accession of women to the ministry.
