Catholic Church's teaching and Episcopal Conferences one answer the legal protection offered by canonic law: often universal legislator opened to men, so they don't suffer discriminations. He also opened to others legal systems to create a dialogue in everyone's interest. There are different areas translating this attitude., Canon marriage law regulates the institutes in favor of the faith (Pauline privilege, Petrin privilege, dissolution in favor of faith). They can be instruments to protect who (also migrants and refugees) wants, even if already married, get married again with a person that allows freely exercise own faith, after conversion and receiving baptism. | ||

Scopo preminente è garantire una tut ela a quanti sono costretti a lasciare la propria terra e a ritrovare la propria identità. Gli interventi del Magistero e quelli delle Conferenze Episcopali rispondono alla protezione normativa offerta dall'ordinamento canonico: il Legislatore universale in più occasioni ha mostrato apertura verso gli uomini, perché non subiscano alcuna discriminazione, e verso gli altri ordinamenti, al fine di intessere un dialogo costruttivo nell'interesse di tutti. Diversi sono gli ambiti in cui si declina tale atteggiam ento. Il diritto matrimoniale canonico disciplina gli istituti in favorem fidei (privilegio paolino, privilegio petrino, scioglimento in favore della fede). Questi possono costituire da un lato strumenti capaci di promuovere la più ampia libertà religiosa dei fedeli e dall'altro offrire una tutela giuridica a quanti (anche migranti e rifugiati), seppur già sposati, intendano, a seguito della conversione e della ricezione del battesimo, passare a nuove nozze con una parte che consenta di esercitare liberamen te i dettami della propria fede. | ||
