AB O artigo dialoga com a Teologia Feminista elaborada por Ivone Gebara que tem como ponto de partida as experiências humanas das mulheres em todas as suas dimensões. Porém o enfoque se dá principalmente em temas como a autonomia das mulheres e os direitos sexuais e direitos reprodutivos, desconstruídos e reconstruídos peor Gebara em vista da autonomia e liberdade das mulheres; valores esses negados pela tradição Católica Romana. Com isso a reflexão teológica de Gebara inspira,  contribui e vem ao encontro dos objetivos e propósitos éticos-religioso da ONG Católicas pelo Direito de Decidir e de muitas mulheres.
AB This article dialogues with Ivone Gebara’ theology and its emphasis on the experiences of women in all its dimensions. The autonomy of women and their sexual and reproductive rights are mostly denied by the Catholic church. Ivone Gebara deconstructs and reconstructs it in view of the autonomy and liberation of women. Bu doing so, Ivone Gebara inspires and contributes to the goals, objectives, and ethical proposals of the NGO Catholics for Choice.
