Apesar do gradual acesso das mulheres, via concurso, a cargos na esfera do judiciário, sabemos que a sociedade é marcada pelo patriarcalismo que dá lugares diferenciados para homens e mulheres onde as desigualdades se apresentam. Assim, torna-se importante falar de gênero com mulheres que lidam com isso no seu cotidiano, cormo se cortasse a própria pele. O presente trabalho é pautado em entrevistas com as magistradas do Poder Judiciário de Rondônia. Optamos por um trabalho de entrevistas para, a partir do individual, estabelecer um diálogo entre as falas para apreender o entendimento que possuem sobre o lugar das mulheres na sociedade, o lugar ocupado por elas, o entendimento de gênero como uma questão de direitos humanos e religiosidade como fator agregador de conduta. | ||

Despite the gradual access of women, via public tender, to positions in the sphere of the judiciary, we know that society is marked by patriarchy that gives different places for men and women where prevailing inequalities. Thus, it is important to talk about gender with women who are dealing with it in their daily lives, as if it is cutting his own skin. This work is based on interviews with magistrates of the Judicial Branch of Rondonia. We opted for a method of interviews in order to to establish, from the individual, a dialogue between the lines to grasp the understanding that they have about the place of women in society, the place occupied by them, the understanding of gender as an issue of human rights, and religiosity as an aggregating factor of conduct. | ||
