Esse artigo visa investigar, através de uma revisão bibliográfica, as compreensões atuais sobre direitos sexuais e direitos reprodutivos como direitos humanos, evidenciar alguns estereótipos construídos com relação à realidade de pessoas com deficiência no que diz respeito à sexualidade e à reprodução e analisar alguns desses direitos fundamentais a partir dessa realidade. Por fim, levanta algumas implicações do debate sobre direitos sexuais e direitos reprodutivos para a realidade de pessoas com deficiência no campo da teologia. | ||
| 520 | |a Sexual rights and reproductive rights of persons with disabilities are themes frequently neglected in academic settings, as well as in legislations and health services. This article intends to investigate, through a bibliographical review, the current understandings about sexual rights and reproductive rights as human rights, to show some stereotypes constructed in relation to the reality of persons with disabilities regarding sexuality and reproduction, and analyze some of these fundamental rights from this reality. At last, it raises some implications of the debate in sexual rights and reproductive rights for the reality of people with disabilities in the field of theology. | ||
