AB L’articolo situa il canone V del II concilio di Orange (529) nel contesto della disputa teologico-antropologica, mostrando la matrice paolina e agostiniana della sua ispirazione. L’inizio del cristianesimo viene esclusivamente nella fede quale dono divino. Interessa il lato universalistico di questa affermazione restrittiva. La parte centrale dell’articolo è dedicata alla nozione di inizio in Lutero, egli stesso agostiniano, così come è messa in luce da Johann Haar (1904-1976), Initium creaturae Dei (1939). Le riflessioni finali mostrano l’importanza del tema trattato. L’affermazione di Orange conserva una visione universalistica, nel senso che il rapporto che l’uomo ha con ciò che lo fonda in realtà non si basa su un apporto precedente, quindi è propriamente «inizio».
AB The article places canon V of the Second Council of Orange (529) in the context of the theological-anthropological dispute, showing the Pauline and Augustinian matrix of its inspiration. The beginning of Christianity comes exclusively in faith as a divine gift. The article deals with the universalist side of this restrictive statement. The central part of the article is devoted to the notion of beginning in Luther, himself Augustinian, as is highlighted by Johann Haar (1904-1976), Initium creaturae Dei (1939). The final reflections show the importance of the subject. Orange's statement retains a universalistic view, in the sense that the relationship that man has with what underpins him is not really based on an earlier contribution, so it is properly a "beginning".
