| Resumo: | Viele Jahre später als in den meisten europäischen Ländern ist in Deutschland die Pflegeausbildung grundlegend reformiert worden. Das neue Pflegeausbildungskonzept ist ausgerichtet auf die Kompetenzen, die für die Pflege von Menschen aller Altersstufen in komplexen Pflege- und Lebenssituationen und in verschiedenen Settings erforderlich sind. Teile der Berufsausübung sind künftig rechtlich geschützt. Die Ausbildung kann an Pflege- und Hochschulen absolviert werden. Many years later than in most European countries, nursing education has been fundamentally reformed in Germany. The new nursing training concept is geared towards the skills required for caring for people of all ages in complex nursing and life situations and in different settings. Parts of the professional practice will be legally protected in the future. The training can be completed at nursing schools and universities. |
