| 520 | |a O Código de Direito Canônico de 1983 foi elaborado de modo a seguir um novo esquema de pensamento, qual seja, a eclesiologia própria do Concílio Vaticano II. Essa disposição põe em relevo a realidade do tríplice munus, consagrado nos documentos do Concílio, e oferece à missão de anunciar o Evangelho uma colocação especial ao estabelecer-lhe um livro próprio. A essa novidade urge descobrir as consequências de tal proposta. Desse modo, o legislador apresenta a sua disposição de tornar concreta na vida pastoral da Igreja a eclesiologia que emerge do mesmo Concílio. Tratandose do Livro III, que trata da missão de ensinar da Igreja, encontramos a determinação ousada de se transformar um simples título do Código antigo em uma verdadeira parte do Código novo. De sua parte, o Livro III se subdivide em cinco títulos: Título I. Do ministério da Palavra de Deus (capitulo I. Da pregação da Palavra de Deus; capítulo II. Da formação catequética); Título II. Da ação missionária da lgreja; Título III. Da educação católica (capítulo I. Das escolas; capítulo II. Das universidades católicas e outros institutos de estudos superiores; capítulo III. Das universidades e faculdades eclesiásticas); Título IV. Dos meios de comunicação social e em especial dos livros e Título V. Da profissão de fé. O presente artigo se propõe discorrer brevemente sobre esses títulos a fim de oferecer uma panorâmica sobre o munus de ensinar da Igreja no Livro III do atual Código de Direito Canônico. | ||
| 520 | |a The Code of Canon Law of 1983 was elaborated in such a way as to follow a scheme of thought, that is, the very ecclesiology of Second Vatican Council. This disposition highlights the reality of the threefold office, enshrined in the documents of the Council, and offers the mission of announcing the Gospel a special placement by establishing for it a proper book. For this novelty, it urges to discover the consequences of such a proposal. This way, the Legislator presents his will of making concrete in the pastoral life of the Church the ecclesiology that emerges from the said Council. Regarding the Book III, which deals with the teaching function of the Church, we can find the bold determination of transforming a simple title of the previous Code into a true part of the new Code. On its part, the Book III is subdivided in five titles: Title I. The ministry of the Divine Word (chapter I. The Preaching of the Word of God; chapter II. Catechetical instruction); Title II. The missionary action of the Church; Title III. Catholic education (chapter I. Schools; chapter II. Catholic universities and other institutes of higher studies; chapter III. Ecclesiastical universities and faculties); Title IV. lnstruments of social communication and books in particular, and V. The profession of faith. This article intends to shortly write about those titles in order to offer a panorama about the teaching function of the Church in the Book III of the current Code of Canon Law. | ||
