O presente artigo visa apresentar alguns aspectos de como a norma canônica pode ser iluminada pelo citado documento pontifício, buscando fazer um estudo entre o que diz a lei e o que propõe Papa Francisco. Para tal, se fez uso tanto do Código de Direito Canônico quanto da Exortação Apostólica Cristus Vivit, de modo que se fizesse um paralelo entre um e outro e, assim, colaborar com as Igrejas Particulares tanto no acompanhamento quanto no discernimento dos candidatos ao ministério ordenado. | ||
| 520 | |a The Code of Canon Law, among other things, seeks to regulate how the Church should discern and accompany candidates for ordained ministry in time and space. With the Apostolic Exhortation Christus vivit, this norm receives a special assistance from the Church’s magisterium, so that the bishops and other pastoral agents can orient themselves in this work. The present article aims to present some aspects of how the canonical norm can be illuminated by the mentioned pontifical document, seeking to make a study between what the law says and what Pope Francis proposes. For this, both the Code of Canon Law and the Apostolic Exhortation Cristus Vivit were used, in order to make a parallel between them and, thus, collaborate with the Particular Churches both in the accompaniment and in the discernment of candidates for ordained ministry. | ||
