It was on the one hand the Apollinarianists, and on the other those who they said that the Word fell on Christ as it was in the Prophets, De Tillemont L N.S. (1702), 242, one group has views similar to those of the Eustathians' dualism, where Christ is different from the Word of God and the other group has a Apollinarianistic tendency, Roldanus J. 1977, 228-229. Greek Orthodox Theological Review 62:3-4 2017 241 Athanasius Archbishop of Alexandria, Letter to Epictetus Bishop of Corinth Kyriakos S. Sta vrianos St. Athanasius wrote this letter, which he sent to the Bishop of Corinth Epictetus, responding to the views expressed by the hierarch of Corinth, which were presented to him concerning the nature and origin of Christ. The renaming of the Holy Trinity to the Quartet, because of the addition of the body of Christ, shows the 249 Athanasius' Letter to Epictetus Bishop of Corinth perception that the person was a separate entity.
