Gestaltungsperspektiven am Beispiel des Projekts „schools500reformation“ JF Zeitschrift für Pädagogik und Theologie VO 68 IS 3 SP 327 OP 339 A1 Simojoki, Henrik 1975- A1 Kohlmann, Simone A1 Scheunpflug, Annette 1963- LA German PB ˜deœ Gruyter YR 2016 UL https://ixtheo.de/Record/1735462160 AB How can Protestant schools be understood and actually shaped as transnational educational spaces in today's global society? This question is addressed firstly by assessing the concept of transnational spaces with regard to education and Protestant schools. Subsequently, the global networking project „schools500reformation“ is introduced and used as a reference for discussing the potentials and limitations of such an approach. The authors call attention to the necessity of placing and developing Protestant schools in the wider context of global Protestantism and One World. Finally, ways and means of fostering transnational communication and interaction between students and teachers of Protestant schools worldwide are presented and scrutinized.
