Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen vier kontrastive Typen hinsichtlich eines Umgangs mit der Kommunikation des Evangeliums sowie eines Umgangs mit der Bildungsmodalität. Vor dem Hintergrund ausgewählter empirischer Befunde werden in diesem Artikel an zwei professionstheoretische Diskurslinien angeknüpft und Eckpunkte einer Theorie religionspädagogischer Professionalität beschrieben. | ||

The question of the action-guiding orientations of these pedagogical professionals, who are working in different settings of education at the same time, was addressed in a qualitative-reconstructive study. The results of the survey show four maximal contrastive types with regard to how the communication of the gospel and the modality of education are dealt with. Against the background of selected empirical findings, this article links two lines of discourse concerning professional theory and describes key aspects of a theory of professionalism in religious education. | ||
