| Summary: | In a global society permeated by many sources of stimulation and characterized by profound, rapid, and continuous change, the school's task is to teach how to learn and how to make sense of experiences, educate for the awareness of interdependencies, and transmit traditions and national memories - in a word, it must educate for a unified and plural citizenship. This article examines the various regulatory references that have succeeded each other in Italy up to the point of urgency in education for citizenship in the new scholastic and social scenario, enhanced by the European dimension of teaching and formation that allows identifying common standards and parameters, ensuring performance evaluations, monitoring, ongoing and timely verification, and making social inclusion and the appreciation of excellence effective. In una società globalizzata permeata di molteplici stimoli e caratterizzata da un profondo nonché rapido e continuo cambiamento, è compito della scuola insegnare ad apprendere, dare senso alle esperienze, educare alla consapevolezza delle interdipendenze, trasmettere le tradizioni e le memorie nazionali; in una parola, deve educare alla cittadinanza unitaria e plurale. L’articolo attraversa i vari riferimenti normativi che si sono susseguiti in Italia fino all’affermarsi dell’urgenza dell’educazione alla cittadinanza nel nuovo scenario scolastico e sociale, potenziata dalla dimensione europea dell’istruzione e della formazione che consente individuare standard e parametri comuni, garantire interventi di valutazione, di monitoraggio e di verifica costanti e puntuali e rendere effettiva l’inclusione sociale e la valorizzazione delle eccellenze. En una sociedad globalizada, impregnada de múltiples estímulos y caracterizada por un cambio profundo, como también rápido y continuo, es tarea de la escuela enseñar a aprender, dar sentido a las experiencias, educar a la conciencia de las interdependencias, transmitir tradiciones y memorias nacionales; en una palabra, debe educar para una ciudadanía unitaria y plural. El artículo atraviesa las diversas referencias normativas que se han seguido en Italia hasta la afirmación de la urgencia de la educación para la ciudadanía en el nuevo escenario escolar y social, mejorado por la dimensión europea de la educación y la formación que permite identificar estándares y parámetros comunes, garantizar intervenciones de evaluación, monitoreo y verificación constantes y puntuales y hacer efectiva la inclusión social y la mejora de las excelencias. |
