Ausgangspunkt der Betrachtung ist die Pflege von Angehörigen in Privathaushalten, die nicht zuletzt wegen der Zunahme weiblicher Erwerbsarbeit ökonomisiert, also aus den Familien ausgegliedert wird. Die aktuelle Krisenkonstellation kann einen Migrationsanreiz für Frauen setzen, um Pflegetätigkeiten außerhalb ihres Heimatstaates zu erbringen. Der Beitrag stellt die gesetzgeberische Flankierung der feminisierten Migration dar und zeigt Schutzlücken auf. 
520 |a The article deals with the phenomenon of feminized migration from a legal perspective. The analysis will focus on care for frail elderly in their home. Domestic work and care, usually provided by women, is increasingly outsourced due to higher female labor participation. The current economic crisis can set migration incentives for women to provide care activities outside of their home country. The article presents the legislative framework for feminized migration and iden-tifies loopholes in their labor and social protection.
