Anne Geismann untersucht die grundlegenden verfassungsrechtlichen, europarechtlichen und einfachgesetzlichen Fragestellungen und setzt sich insbesondere kritisch mit einschlägigen aktuellen Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts und des Europäischen Gerichtshofs auseinander. Letztere widersprechen sich inhaltlich und werfen dadurch brisante und hochaktuelle Fragen zum Spannungsverhältnis von Verfassungs- und Europarecht auf. | ||
