| Riepilogo: | Excavations of the Egyptian Antiquities Organisation at Tell Basta under Shafik Farid and Ahmed el-Sawi and of the University of Zagazig under Mohamed Bakr revealed several tombs from the Second Intermediate Period (SIP). These, however, remained unpublished or were not recognized as such. This paper will provide a short overview of different burials of the SIP, including some donkey burials. A catalogue of small objects is attached. |
