| Summary: | A cinquant’anni dalla pubblicazione di Humana vita risulta interessante rivisitare non soltanto la sua lunga preistoria e la formazione del testo, ma anche il suo effetto, che si concentra particolarmente in altri documenti ecclesiali, elaborati dal 1968 al 1993. All’analisi appare che essi appartengono essenzialmente al senso concreto dell’enciclica paolina. Perciò si studiano sinteticamente Humana vita, i Pronunciamenti di alcune conferenze episcopali in rapporto ad essa, Familiaris consortio, Donum vita, Professio fidei, Donum veritatis, Veritatis splendor. Si assume quale oggetto di indagine il pronunciamento anti-contraccettivo, per enucleare i problemi relativi da una parte al dettato normativo e dall’altra all’autorevolezza magisteriale del medesimo, nel contesto appunto della storia degli effetti dell’enciclica. Fifty years after the publication of Humanæ vitæ it is interesting to revisit not only its long prehistory and the formation of the text, but also its effect, which is particularly concentrated in other ecclesial documents, elaborated from 1968 to 1993. The analysis appears that they essentially belong to the concrete sense of the Pauline encyclical. Therefore, Humanæ vitæ, the pronouncements of some episcopal conferences in relation to it, are synthetically studied: Familiaris consortio, Donum vitæ, Professio fidei, Donum veritatis, Veritatis splendor. The anti-contraception pronouncement is assumed as the object of investigation, to enucleate the problems related on the one hand to the normative dictation and on the other to the magisterial authority of the same, in the context of the history of the effects of the encyclical. |
