Auch das zukünftige Bundesteilhabegesetz soll die Eingliederungshilfe zu einem modernen Teilhaberecht umformen, das sich am individuellen Bedarf orientiert. Der Band schärft einerseits das Konzept der Personzentrierung und richtet andererseits den Blick auf seine Spannungsfelder sowie auf gesellschaftliche wie politische Handlungsbedarfe und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Im Austausch von Beitragenden aus der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung, aus Wissenschaft und Politik werden neben Herausforderungen auch Konzepte und Beispiele so genannter Enabling Communities als person-sorgender Gemeinschaften in den Blick genommen und diskutiert.
