Este derecho natural ha sido ejercido por los fieles cristianos desde siempre, aunque su reconomiento recién llegará con el Vaticano II y será legislado por el Código posterior. Sin embargo este derecho, tímidamente y de modo aislado, ya había sido incorporado en el seno de la Iglesia priorizando su dimensión jerárquica por encima de la igualdad de los fieles. human acts include the sufficient otherness to relate with the others and tie with them. This natural right has always been applied by Christians, though its acknowledgment will arrives recently with Vatican II and it will be reflected in the second Code. Nevertheless, shyly and in isolation, this right had already been incorporated in the Church, prioritizing its hierarchical aspect than the equality of faithful. |
