La grande question est de savoir si l'EEA échappe, ou échappera, au nomos et au polemos, ou s'il connaît, ou connaîtra, lui aussi, la lutte pour la domination. Afin de répondre à cette question, l'article examine le droit de l'EEA en matière militaire ; puis "l'éthique de l'humanité" vis-à-vis du nomos et polemos ; enfin la militarisation et de l'arsenalisation de l'EEA, sous l'angle des défenses antimissiles et du rapport à la dissuasion nucléaire, soit l'essentiel de la problématique de défense dans l'EEA. | ||
