AB Pope Francis refers to the "balm of mercy" as a sign of God's healing presence in the here-and-now. In this paper, I explore the connection between mercy and hospitality, and pay attention to how they relate to compassion in the larger context of Catholic bioethical discourse.
AB Le pape François fait référence au "baume de la miséricorde" comme signe de la présence guérissante de Dieu au milieu de nous. Dans le présent document, j'examine le lien entre la miséricorde et l'hospitalité, et je suis attentif à la façon dont elles sont liées à la compassion dans le contexte plus large de la bioéthique catholique.
