L’étude de cas fournie par le site de Batrawi, intégrant un système de fortifications imposant, un temple monumental ainsi qu’un palais encore en cours d’étude, mais ayant déjà livré des objets précieux ou symboliques, permet d’alimenter les discussions sur ce débat complexe et éventuellement de nuancer ces notions conceptuelles à la lumière des nouvelles données disponibles. | ||
