How does a Jungian understanding help with suffering the shadow in one's self, become more conscious, explore the places of self-doubt and self-loathing which trigger or are triggered by the shadow projections of others? Can we learn to dis-identify from the "identities" projected onto us by others while, at the same time, withdrawing our projections onto them? Can we honor the democracy of the psyche? |
