Riepilogo:Given the frequent tendencies of our institutional structures to undergo splitting, how does analytical psychology give us some pointers in knowing how to diffuse the "complex-discharging-fields" generated by such, often unconscious, conflicts? How does a Jungian understanding help with suffering the shadow in one's self, become more conscious, explore the places of self-doubt and self-loathing which trigger or are triggered by the shadow projections of others? Can we learn to dis-identify from the "identities" projected onto us by others while, at the same time, withdrawing our projections onto them? Can we honor the democracy of the psyche?
