| Zusammenfassung: | The discussion of technology-ethics in the field of health care has so far been led with plausible sounding normative criteria and prioritizations. The development of mature ethical approaches and their fruitful discussion with each other is still in the beginning. A three-step concept of acceptability is proposed for the forthcoming profiling of coherent systematics. With the help of this, already existing normative models from adjacent disciplines can be made fruitful for an advance of the ethical discussion culture in the field of technology. A Christian approach is proposed and applied to concrete dilemmas. The advancement of coherent models in technology-ethics as well as democratic struggle for the corresponding applications are supposed to get a boost. Die technikethische Diskussion im Gesundheitswesen wird bislang mit plausibel klingenden normativen Kriterien und Priorisierungen geführt. Die Erarbeitung ausgereifter ethischer Ansätze und deren fruchtbare Diskussion miteinander steht noch am Anfang. Für die Profilierung entsprechender Systematik wird ein dreistufiger Begriff von Akzeptabilität vorgeschlagen. Mit dessen Hilfe können auch bereits vorliegende Bewertungsmodelle aus angrenzenden Fachbereichen für einen Fortschritt ethischer Diskussionskultur fruchtbar gemacht werden. Exemplarisch wird eine christliche Systematik angedacht und auf konkrete Dilemmata angewandt. Die Weiterentwicklung technikethischer Modelle sowie demokratisches Ringen um die entsprechenden Anwendungen sollen so einen Anschub erhalten. |
