| Summary: | Christlicher Glaube kann auf Ethik nicht verzichten, wenn er praktisch werden will. Ethische Theorie alleine aber führt noch nicht zu einer Veränderung der Praxis. Theorie und Praxis besitzen eine Eigenständigkeit. Hierarchische Modelle der Zuordnung von Theorie und Praxis gehen an dieser Einsicht vorbei. Will theologische Ethik zur Verbesserung von Praxis ihren Beitrag leisten, dann hat sie ein reflexives Theorie-Praxis-Verständnis zu entwickeln. The Christian faith cannot set ethics aside if it wants to become practical. But ethical theory alone does not lead to an alteration of practice. Theory and practice are independent of one another. Hierarchical models of correlation of theory and practice do not take into account this insight. If theological ethics is to contribute to an improvement of practice, it has to develop a reflexive understanding of the relation between theory and practice |
