AB Diese Dokumentation ist zweigeteilt: Zum einen werden mit dem Schreiben von Papst Johannes Paul II. (20. November 1999), der Pressemitteilung des Ständigen Rates der Deutschen Bischofskonferenz (22. November 1999) und dem Schreiben des Kardinalstaatssekretärs (20. Oktober 1999) kirchenamtliche Texte (A) zur Schwangerenkonfliktberatung abgedruckt, zum anderen finden sich folgende kanonistische Stellungnahmen: -Demel, Sabine, Ungleiche Rechte - Ungleiche Pflichten. Es gibt keine kirchenrechtlichen Einwände gegen eine katholische Schwangeren-Konfliktberatung durch "Donum Vitae" (Süddeutsche Zeitung vom 21.01.2000); -"Die Frage ist noch nicht entschieden". Der Trierer Kirchenrechtler Peter Krämer zur Debatte um Donum Vitae (1999-12-15 KANN Basisdienst); -Lüdecke, Norbert, Der schönste Pluralismus deckt keinen Ungehorsam.
