Rispetto alle precedenti Rationes del 1970 e 1985, molte sono le novità, dal linguaggio all'impostazione e ai contenuti, dal momento che il documento integra interventi magisteriali e normativi di quasi 50 anni, inserendosi con essi nella linea della continuità. Sono toccati sia temi trasversali che puntuali: dalle dimensioni alle note caratterizzanti la formazione all'uso dei media, la formazione permanente, le sfide del ministero oggi, la fraternità presbiterale, la tutela dei minori, l'utilizzo di periti esterni al seminario, il tema dell'omosessualità, l'accoglienza e la dimissione dei seminaristi. Il Seminario non appare un hortus conclusus, ma un percorso discepolare di sequela Christi nel modus del cammino comunitario. The article presents the new Ratio Fundamentalis according to ist juridical profile, starting with its setting in the legal system and ist obligatory nature. With respect to the earlier Rationes of 1970 and 1985, there are many novelties in language, arrangement and content, as the document intergates the magisterial and normative interventions of the last 50 years or so, meshing with the them in a line of continuity. Associated and timely themes are discussed: from the aims to the characteristics of formation, to the use of media and continuing formation, to the challenges of contemporary ministry; from priestly fraternity, the protection of minors, the use of external experts at the seminary; from the topic of homosexuality to the admission and dismissal of seminarians. Thus, a seminary is not a hortus conclusus, but a disciple's way along the sequela Christi in the modus of community path | ||
